Ayesha Sultana MD ,FAAP had completed her 5 yrs. of medical school from India and after finishing 1 year of internship moved to New York to pursue her further studies. Growing up with a strong passion for medicine and love for children Pediatrics was a natural choice and having a pediatrician father helped her achieve this goal.
Dr. Sultana completed her Pediatric Residency from the prestigious Maimonides Infants and Children’s Hospital of Brooklyn, NY; where she dealt efficiently with kids from vast spectrum of ethnic backgrounds. She further passed her Specialty Board exam to become certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
Dr. Sultana is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and participates in continuing medical education to keep herself current with the recent changes in the practice of medicine and enhance her pediatric skills.
